I have been contacted by Ste Cash who is a volunteer for the charity, State of mind sport. State of mind charity is a charity that is raising mental health awareness in sport, particularly rugby.

Part of their initiative is to offer clubs mental health first aid courses for club members especially coaches and players.

The course is completely free of charge and is available to anyone above the age of 15.

The course is carried out over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday with the next course being at the Halliwell Jones stadium in Warrington on the 30th and 31st of July
