The Wids fell behind to a try, before responding with three scores from Nathan Chandler, Elliot Dale, and Alfie Leyland, all of which were converted by the trusty boot of Matty Walker.
Southport grabbed a penalty try back in the second half, before the Wids eased their way to victory with three further scores from Leyland, Haydock, and Chandler, whilst Matty Walker maintained his 100% record with three more conversions.
